Sagres, a beatifull place, full of history
The mythical Cape S. Vincent has gained an increasing importance throughout the ages. It was to Sagres Village that the Infant D. Henrique, Prince Henry the Navigator, came in the 15th century to work on his obsession to push back the frontiers of the known World. He established a base for exploration, facilitated the great voyages and opened a phase in Portuguese history, called the Age of Discovery.
Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe
Take a step back in history when you embark with us on this trip-raid. Departing from Praia da Luz towards Sagres, navigating very fast, contouring this magnificent stretch of the Algarve coast. Come and enjoy from a different perspective the rugged natural beauty of the towering granite cliffs of the Sagres promontory and the always imposing headland of Cape St. Vincent, the most southwesterly point of the Continent of Europe. Discover and closely observe secluded beaches, remote coves and marvel at nature's sculpture of mysterious grottoes.
Ecology and Safety
We use RIB's (Rigid inflatable boat) specifically designed for this type of trips, fast, secure and very comfortable, approved with all safety rules and respecting the Regulation of EU emissions-RCD. The boats are powered with four stroke outboard engines and are ultra silent and crew manning for 12 passengers. The use of life jackets is compulsory for both children and adults. Waterproof jackets are available for all passengers.
